TauLidarCamera is the host-side API for building applications with the Tau LiDAR Camera. Provides methods for:
* Connecting to the camera
* Configuring camera settings
* Retrieving frames from the camera. Frames can be:
* Depth data
* Greyscale image data
* Light amplitude data
